Names reserved for new company incorporation, which would have expired between 15th March 2020 and 30th June 2020, will now be extended by 20 days beyond 30th June 2020.

For company name changes, where the reservation period expires between 15th March 2020 and 30th June 2020, the deadline for filing INC-24 is extended by 60 days beyond 30th June 2020.

Companies whose last date for resubmission (RSUB) falls between 15th March 2020 and 30th June 2020 will receive an additional 15 days beyond 30th June 2020 for resubmission.

Yes, for new LLP incorporations or name changes, names expiring between 15th March 2020 and 30th June 2020 will be extended by 20 days beyond 30th June 2020 for filing FiLLiP/Form 5.

LLPs with a last resubmission date falling between 15th March 2020 and 30th June 2020 will be allowed an additional 15 days from 30th June 2020 for resubmission.

For SRNs where the last date for filing the eVerification Report for IEPF-5 falls between 15th March 2020 and 30th June 2020, the filing can be done until 30th September 2020.
