Earlier this week, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs announced that the MCA Portal will go under a maintenance activity from 9th Jan at 10 PM to 10th Jan at 8 AM, and requested the taxpayers to plan their activities accordingly. It has now been communicated that the portal maintenance activity has been completed and the site is available for filings. Read the official announcement below:
