The test is free for first-time applicants. For subsequent attempts, the fee is ₹ 500/- online. For the Dubai Centre, the fee is USD $150, and for Kathmandu, it is ₹ 850/-.
No, once an option for a centre or shift is submitted, no changes will be entertained. ICAI reserves the right to cancel a centre if the number of candidates is inadequate.
