No, if you have opted for the Presumptive Taxation Scheme under Section 44ADA of the Income Tax Act, 1961, and have filed your ITR accordingly for the financial year 2018-19, you do not need to submit financial statements like Balance Sheets and Income & Expenditure Accounts.
