FAQ :

The main aim is to provide financial assistance to MSMEs to help them cope with the financial impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, including improved access to working capital.

The maximum project cost under the Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) is Rs. 25 lakh, which covers both capital expenditure and working capital.

The Credit Guarantee Scheme (CGS) offers a maximum 85% guarantee on credit facilities up to Rs. 200 lakh, for both term loans and working capital.

The Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS) has been extended up to March 2023 with an expanded guarantee cover of Rs. 5 lakh crore. An additional Rs. 50,000 crore is specifically for the hospitality sector.
