The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has amended Rule 38A of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014, introducing changes to the application process for various registrations. As part of its 'Ease of Doing Business' initiative, the ministry has replaced the e-form AGILE-PRO (INC-35) with the new e-form AGILE-PRO-S (INC-35). This update allows companies to apply for Shops and Establishment Registration simultaneously with incorporation.
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs on 7th June 2021 amended Rule 38A of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 relating to the Application for registration of GSTIN, ESIC registration, EPFO Registration, Profession Tax Registration and Opening of Bank Account. As such,e-form AGILE-PRO (INC-35) has been replaced bye-form AGILE-PRO-S (INC-35) to incorporate the new changes. An analysis of the amendments made by MCA hasbeen given below:
