It is very good website for CAs in practice, CAs students and also for Accountants. Atleast they can get help from other persons in the same industry free of cost. Members are increasing day by day.

In this 350000 members how many of them are active? Many members have just made a profile but they rarely use it, might have made the account due to compulsion for downloading the files. If we take out the number of these ~~members~~ profiles, then the actual member strength will come down significantly.
