@ saket ,,,ya u can take transfer in last year on basis of secondment..........or as a industrial trainee

@ rohit.there are various grounds like show that u r health i not good..& show one drs certificate that it require 3 mnoth leave........n ur principle disagree with ur leave & not want to give leave.then u may take transfer.only ur articleship serving period is extend upto 3 month that u have to remaing to serve..........

@ sweety...........procedure is file form 109 with the institute.and no dd require........& see next as per rquirement of icai
