A property having consideration worth Rs 1.5 crore is been purchased
The term of purchase is
To pay 20% ie Rs 30 lakhs now ie in last week of December 2017
To pay rest amount on Feb 2018
No documentation is been made or is gonna be made in December 2017 and the registration of documents and sale and transfer will b done in Feb 2018
Do I need to deduct Tds @ 1% for payment of December and file 26QB or I can do the same for full in Feb
If I need to file it for Dec 2017 den what will be the date of agreement in 26QB
And if I pay 30 lakhs in installment do I need to file 26QB for same month twice

Ans. :: YES

Ans.: Date of agreement/BOOKING....... can be date of first cheque issued.
3. And if I pay 30 lakhs in installment do I need to file 26QB for same month twice...
Ans.: No. Single challan will be OK.
