TDS on commission paid to employee
If the employer paid commission to his employee for sale of goods on % of Turnover in addition to his salary. Under which provision TDS is to be deducted? Is it under Section 192 or u/s 194H ? Pls suggest. Thanks in advance.

Employer deduct TDS u/s 192
You can call it Bonus to employees and deduct under 192 only.
Thanks Sir, in that case what is the percentage of deduction or should it be as per for salary.
