I want to ask you that can we claim the tds of ay 12-13 in ay 13-14 return if yes then please tell me where it is given.

Harsh yes you can if you hanvnt taken it previously. In your current year itr go on tds-tcs schdl and fill in the details there mention the a.y year in the corresponding column provided. I hope ans is clear to you. Regards
