HELO FRIENDS....PLS HELP ME OUT....I M LITTLE BIT CONFUSE FOR TAXABILITY ON NRI.......

SUPPOSE IF ONES STAY IN CURRENT YEAR IS LESS DEN 180 DAYS IN INDIA....DEN WHETHER HE WUD BE TAXABLE FOR HIS FOREIGN INCOME...?????????

AND HOW WE WILL PRESENT IT IN ITR FORM?????????????

Hi Jimmit,

 

Please also see that whether that person was present in India for more than 365 days in last 4 years. If yes then he shall remain as resident of India unless he has gone out of India for job.

Yes...he has gone abroad for job....but wer we will show dat non taxable income in itr forn....
