A firm is making sales to a party in delhi against a Tax Invoice, but ships the goods to the UP address of the same party. Also TIN no mentioned on invoice is of UP. should the seller mention Delhi Tin no of the Buying party?

No.. ! seller should mention the tin no. of UP as goods are physically shipped to the UP office.! Seller doesnt mention tin no. of delhi in tax invoice.....
