I want to Subscribe to "The Chartered Accountant" Journal.. Should i send my application to New Delhi or is it enough to send it to a Decentralised branch (Chennai as I'm from southern region). Please clarify asap. Thanx in advance.

Dear Karthik,
As per my suggestion you should send your application to the head office at New Delhi for quick processing. Alternatively have a chat with your nearest branch officials.
Wait for other opinions.

thanks for the reply sir.. By d way my branch officials care the least about student inquiries.. So i always purposefully avoid communication with them.. Anyway i will contact them Sir.
