is it necessary that the expenditure incurred is supported by appropriate proof only then we can debit the expenditure to Profit n loss account???? pls reply with examples.....

you may debit all expenses which you actually incurred....... your P&L A/c....
but that may get further disallowed if Assessing officer asks for prrof of certain expenditure and you fail to show it........
