I think if Sec 25 Company is a
1) Private Company(which also not a subsidary of a public co.) then NO, 274(1)(g) is not applicable
2) Public Co then YES it is applicable

Yes, Section 274(1)(g) applies to all Public Companies. Section 274 does not distinct section 25 companies.
