In order to report Fema violations to enforcement directorate how to approach? Where to approach? Is there any reward given to informer? How to hide identity of informer?

The adminstration of FEMA is with Reserve bank of India and Enforcement of FEMA is entrusted with the Enforcement Directorate. The offence can be brought to the attention of ED. it will be their prerogative to act on it or not.
No reward is given.

Thank you very much for your valuable comments. However I request you to go to www.ceib.nic.in which is site of Central Economic Investigation bureau where you find reward scheme. I tried to contact the through that site, but unfortunately there is no response. That is the reason I want to know the details name, address, email id etc of the authorities to bring fema violation to their notice.
Would you please let me know on what basis you have said that no reward is given.
Advice in the matter would be highly appreciated.
