Hey Guys,

i gave this attempt of CA. final (nov. 15)..bt due to 2 days laps in 2.5 yrs. articleship,exam. deptt. withhold my result. it was happened due to wrong registration by my regional office kanpur... for correction of my articleship status i have submitted all the documents as required by ICAI kanpur (article diary, article attendance register, original stamp, original deed). regional office transferred my case to head office delhi before 1 month. but till today i have not received any reply from ICAI. i am totally confused what should i do? preparing for next attempt or wating for result.. because i did extraordinary hardwork for this attempt..i gave my 100% to my dream CA... and my all 8 papers goes fine....whenever i am trying to take book and read again, i felt very discouraged...i am totally hopeless..every day i feel higher level of pain..daily i am facing negative comments..also my family's financial condition is very weak...

Seek the help of your Principal or you visit Head Office with all relevant documents and make a personal representation by putting facts before the Institute. The more time you take in acting the more pain and trauma you will be in.

sir, i have already taken help of my employer..she told me to send new form 103 with delay fees rs. 1000. with an apology letter..and i did the same before 1 month..regional ofice accept my delay fees of rs. 1000... and they send my form 103 to head office.. bt till today i have not received any reply..i also visit head office and exam. deptt. noida...bt they totally ignored my matter.. i have treid to meet the president of icai...bt he is also not interested in my matter...

You need to take the help of your principal to write the letter directly to the Decentralised Office and the Deputy Secretary Examination to intervene in the matter at the earliest. The letter needs to be drafted on the letter head of the principal on your behalf and posted or handed in person.

I know what you are going through, but to be on the safer side, you should apply for the examination and start preparing as well. It is very unfortunate that the students are not given proper direction / guidance to take necessary course of action. But, I can only suggest you to keep pursuing your matter with your principal and the officials at the Institute, both at your Decentralised Office and Head Office. Wish you good luck and hope you receive proper response from the concerned officials.
