regarding prevalidation of bank account in efilling portal

hello,

one of my client is trying to link his bank to prevalidiate his bank account to get his refund for this year.

he has enters all the details but in status it shows " Request submitted"

already more than 1 week has been elapsed

what to do


pls recommend.

It depends upon how fast bank responds to CPC.
You try to follow up with bank.

You can add another bank account (if any) details under pre-validating button and choose that account for Refund use.
but he has only one bank account
Ohh , then delete the bank account appearing under Prevalidation button.
And then add same bank details as fresh. Then again follow process. Generate new request.

Check with bank branch that same mail ID and same mobile number is appearing in bank account profile...
