tell if we want file itr last 3 years so need pay late fee for filling itr??

itr can only be filed for the previous fy 17-18 ,you cannot file itr for last 3 years unless a notice regarding this is issued to you.....

you can file for last 3 year by giving condonation REQUEST other wise you cannot
by for fy 17_18 you can file up to 31.03.2019
