Regarding 80CCD1(B)
I m a state govt employee. My savings under section 80 C is more than ₹ 150000 without taking the My NPS contribution which is deducted by Employer from my salary which is around ₹ 77000. Can I claim it under section 80 CCD 1(B) instead of section 80 CCD (1) to get additional benefit of ₹ 50000.
