Sir I m Waiting For My result of PCC
IN June i got cleared First Group with 2 subject exemption in that i.e. accounts & audit
this time I have given Group 2
Can exemption marks in last attempt will be get setoff if i get less marks i.e around 140 or somthing

No.. its only possible when u give both the groups together.., i.e in ONE-SIT....
As u've given both groups individually, u need to clear them on individual basis only...
