Query about posting files on CA Club India

Im vignesh from bangalore.

i want to take transfer i have completed 1 year and three months of articleship. i have a dispute between me and my boss. so i want to take, my boss is ready to give transfer. I am ready to to go to coimbatore (alone) which is more than 300kms distance from bangalore can i be able to transfer pls guide me.

I want simple filled 109 form and format of the letter to be send to ICAI for termination of articleship after 1 year.I want knowledge about service tax and Vat but there is no work of service tax and Vat work in my firm.

Plz suggest As Soon As Possible.
