I wish to purchase a small agriculture land in name of my wife (house wife) but I have been informed there will be complications
1. Can you please tell is it possible to purchase in her name?
2. What points should be kept in mind?
3. How should I transfer funds?

I think Agri Land can be purchased by existing Agri Land owner or his descendents.
New persons can't purchase Agri Land.
