Dear all,
I file monthly P T returns on Mahavat site but few months back due to utility version ( new upload version) not available on site i couldn't file the retun on time. Now when I am filing the return, I am asked to pay Rs. 1000 for filing late return.
there is no default on my part, why should I pay Rs. 1000/-
Please tell me how to file all PT returns without late filing fees for each month ?
