Provisional id got cancelled

Dear Sir/Madam

I have been registered under vat . Ireceived my Provisional Id and Password but due to some technical reasons It got cancelled and i am getting the meesage "Your RC under is cancelled, therefore, your Provisional ID / GSTIN / UIN stands cancelled. Hence you are not permitted to migrate under GST."

I have to register myself again . kindly tell me the process. do i have to do fresh application or I can migrate again by receiving new provisional id and password . If so kindly tell the process
