Please help a urgent query on gmcs-1

The demand for GMCS batches is more and the no. of batches is very less so the batches get filled up in minutes...

i m trying for online registration on website of insititute but they showing registration close.please help me how i register for gmcs

whether we can register GMCS-1 off-line.and suppose any delay is done in register of GMCS i.e. register after completion of 1 year articleship than is there will be any problem.?
