Please help me for the following.....
If person A has built an office room (fair market rent Rs. 1,20,000) and let it out to an Advocate since 2010 October for a monthly rent of Rs. 17,500.00 The tenant vacated the premises in January 2012. Since then the property is remained vacant.
What would be the answer.....Please help asap
