My relative has got notice under code CIB-502-contract of Rs.10,00,000/-0r m0re in commodities exchange.

what all documents should be submitted ??
submit the statement of demat account such global position statement, financial statements etc. if you have introduced any funds during the concerned year in the demat account then produce details in support of the source for the same
thanks for your reply . but we have already submitted the abovesaid documents and we have received the notice again so we have to resubmit the documents or is there any other way out. ?
the main issue has been that the assessed had deposited the "Cash" in his trading account for trading purpose, so basically we have to provide the Cash details right. ?
yeah.... prove the source for cash deposits with material evidence
