if taxpayer have.. all exempt supply Rs.2 cr. or above...he need to audit his books in gst?

Aggregate turnover includes exempt supply so even if turnover of Rs. 2cr or above includes all exempt supply, audit shall be done as aggregate turnover exceeds Rs. 2cr

Yes... Tax Audit is required if Turn Over is Exceeding as per sec 44AB limit...
