let suppose one land owner want to let out own land to a school ( registered society) and a third party also involve thorough land owner
what kind document prepare so that land owner& society as well as third party get benefit under the tax and other provision
If any eligibility or qualification of third party........ than he can get royalty or commission on business, while land can be given on rent to their business venture.........
