normally how many days it takes to avail name approval of pvt ltd after filling form 1a.
so far it is given 7 working days. is it correct?
if still approval in process after 10th day , what to do ?

yes it is normally 7 days...
Check the approval status on ROC site for comment / reasons for delay...
Normally a period of 7 working days is prescribed, but practically it takes 2-3 working days in name approval after e-filing Form - 1A and making payment online, provided there is no objection in the name availability. ROC is now a day very fast.
Check the approval status by logging in with that ID which u had used for uploading Form1A..
You may contact the concerned roc for redressing the reason for, if goes beyond prescribed 7 days.
I have filed form 1a(MERITZ TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED) as on 30.11.2012 but till date(14.12.2012) neither approved nor rejected, just showing as" pending for approval". I contacted roc office (patna, ) they said there is another company for same name but during online search i have not found same name, i have checked in alLways .
I had filed Form No 1A. It Is is saying name resembles. I have resubmitted once again after rectifying mistake but MCA again replies resubmitted. Now time i have crossed 3 time limit for resubmission.

The resembling name may not be with the same spelling. Even, similar pronounciations result in resembling names.
Request you to read the naming guidelines as issued by the MCA.
Also that if the status is showing as Pending for approval, find out from the ROC as to where and with officer is it stuck with and Why.
I asked sum1 they told me to make setting with department. Is it possible????
Yes Jaisal it is possible........untill you haven't setting with department all your naming guidelines failed.
File online query/comlaint in MCA website. They will surely reply in short period.

I have applied Company name approval on 06.08.2015, but today 24.08.2015 no communication recieved from MCA. neither approved nor rejected, just showing as" pending for approval" on conatcting ROC delhi, they are not picking up the phone even, i also lodged complaint 10 days back, but it is also shown as work in progress,what to do, pls suggest.
