room rent below 1000 per day is exempt,I THINK registration is compulsory but while filling return show it under exempt item.

Annual turnover less than Rs. 20 lakh is given exemptions from GST registration.

exempt from GST registration if ANNUAL turnover is less than the 20 lakhs.
