I have bought a flat in name of my wife. she is a homemaker and runs a cretche. cost of 50% of flat purchased is met from her capital and remaining 5O% is met by gifting from other members of family.( myself, my son and my daughter.) all of us are working
My query is to know Is this permissible and will it cause any problem while filing returns for all 4 of us?

No, provided the amount was transferred through banking channel..
Secondly, gift deed of all the three donor should be made properly, so that in case of any query, the same can be submitted.
