Hi,
I want to know, when an LLP is registerd we receive a CIN, the same things happens with the Pvt. Ltd registration. I suppose LLP acts proxy like Pvt Ltd with less filing etc. Also as per the companies act 1956 "Body corporate" includes LLP.
My question is can telecom Dept deny an issue of OSP license to an LLP just because its not Pvt. Ltd, when it has all the features of Pvt. Ltd?
Any help will be highly appreaciated.
