I Filled for Name reservation through ROC RUN.
My Client LLP In the name "Xxxxxxxxxx Solutions LLP" . I apply in the name of XXXXXXXXXXXX Software Solutions Pvt Ltd " and Second Name "XXXXXXXXXXXX Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd"
ROC Replied in given below
"Provide NOC from Registered LLP "LXXXXXXXXX Solutions LLP" by way of Board Resolution with KYC of signatory to authenticate the validity of given NOC."
my Question is
1. Board Resolution Means about NOC ?
2. KYC of Signatory Means "Partners KYC Document or LLP KYC (Which Documents) Document: ?
Members know about this please help and guide me.
