Law problem

An offer to be valid should have two properties-

1)The offer should be made i.e, it should be communicated.

2)It should be accompanied with and intention to receive the acceptance from the acceptor.....

Naturally, an offer made in haste or in excitement does'nt include such kind of intention..

Hence it could not be treated as a valid offer.
