Where it will show? How do we know that there is a penalty/ late fee has been imposed or not?

Late Fee is autopopulated in portal as per your late days...
Interest will calculate in delayed payments with days yourself as per your later days the rate @ 18%p.a
Penalty will be imposed at the time of filing annual return or any other circumstances of penalty related activities...
