One of my friend is doing business and the place of business is on his father name.
Can my friend, the place using for business show on rent or may his father give the land without any consideration.
His father don't filing income tax return. Please advice

His father, being owner of the land, can give consent to son for the use of land, without any consideration, to run his business.
Means NOC Sir. Is it required to do on court paper or verbal consent is sufficient
Yes, NOC......... just a notarized affidavit...........is enough.
