What is the easy way to do CA- through foundation or through direct entry?

I'm confused about which route is better for becoming a CA. Is it easier to start through the CA Foundation route after Class 12, or is the Direct Entry route after graduation a better option?
I'm from a commerce background and want to know which path is easier in terms of syllabus, preparation, and chances of clearing exams. Has anyone experienced either route? Which one would you recommend, and why? Any advice from students who have gone through these routes would be really helpful.

Quick Summary
The discussion concludes that neither CA route is inherently easier. Students after Class 12 should choose the Foundation route, while eligible graduates can opt for Direct Entry to save time. Success depends on consistent study, conceptual understanding, articleship, and regular revision.

  • If you are currently in Class 12 or have just passed Class 12, join the Foundation Route without waiting for graduation.
  • If you are already a graduate and eligible for Direct Entry, choose Direct Entry because it saves time and avoids an extra examination.

Ultimately, success in CA depends much more on consistent study, conceptual understanding, articleship experience, and regular revision than on the route of entry. Thousands of CAs have qualified through both routes.

Ca is never easy. Bas padhne mein maza aa rha ho to hi easy hai! Chahe foundation k through jao ya graduation k through. i m also direct entry student, so i know we have to focus more in presentation of answers. kuch coachings hai jo direct entry k students k liye thoda extra efforts daalte hai, verna jyadatar sabhi students ko ek jaisa hi treat kerte hai!
