Gift recd from brother

Dear sirs ,

One assessee had recd cheque gift from his real brother if Rs 351000/- although gift deeds has been made 

Now while filing  return of income using software error is showing that gift canr ve written in exempt income because section 56 is not included in new scheme as per new scheme of filing Income tax return 

But I have never recd such notification and even asked others they were also blank.

Plz advise
