How to show Loan write off in DPT 3?

I want to know how to show loan write off in DPT 3 filing. Let's say the company has 2L director loan as opening balance, 50k loan is repaid, 1.5L is loan write off in 25-26. It makes closing balance of director loan zero. In DPT 3 it's shown as following: 

Opening balance: 200000

Repaid during year: 50000

Any other adjustment: -150000

Closing balance: 0

Whether the above filing is correct? 

Is any other entry to be mentioned for loan write off in DPT 3 filing?
