we send good to rajasthan for job work. we make delivery challan when we send the goods.
and when job work finish. the job worker make a supply invoice for their service. then i have one we have to file gstr 04 or not.

As per rule 45 of the CGST rules 2017 the details of challans in respect of goods dispatched to a job worker or received form a job worker during the quarter shall be inlcuded in FROM GST ITC -04 furnished for that period on or before the twenty-Fifth (25th) day of the month succeeding the said quarter.
can we file gstr 4 after due date

The last Date to file ITC 04 , for 1/07/2017 to 30/09/2018 has been Extend to 31/12/2018 (Noti. 59/2018 CT)
Thus no late fee applicable till 31/12/2018☺️
