itni jaldi kya hai yaar return file ke liye bahut time hai

wait for some more time Income Tax Official  website have not yet issued the forms uptill.

I THINK IN FINANCE ACT 2009, IT WAS PROPOSED THAT A SARAL FORM WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN 45 DAYS......

IT MEANS THIS TIME ITR WILL NOT BE APPLICABLE.

saral will be applicable for salary income only

NEW SARAL WILL BE APPLICABLE ONLY FOR ITR 1 AND/OR 2

NO CHANGE IN ITR 3,4,5,6 ...

No doubt Saral Return will be applicable who has only Salary Income

But ITR will be changed.  Some minor changes will be there.

Each & every year new itr notify & one more thing clearly mentioned in that notification that it applicable to that particular assessment year only.

Wait for new ITR notification

Item no 50-please change the year to 2009-10;

Carry forward of losses-the assessment years are to be mentioned and not prevoius years; pl change them to AY 2002-03 to AY 2009-10 and current year to AY 2010-11

i have search itr 4 in income tax webside but i am unable to downlode because there no any form is abiliable . i think this is the responsibility of income tax deportment that issue all  forms at the end of each finincial year.

Now, the ITR forms are availabe for A.Y. 2010-11, You can download all the forms. Today, CBDT has realsed all the ITR forms for assessment year 2010-11. CBDT has issued the notification in this regard, ITR 1, which become SARAL- II now issued already by department. But now they issued all ITR Forms alongwith insructions and acknoweldgement; Download ITR Forms for a.y. 2010-11.

Try this Saral II for A.Y 2010-11.
