What details to be entered in jurisdiction of residence and TIN number in itr 2 if the person is NRI!?? Currently residing in USA

TIN ... Social Security Number issued by IRS authority.

even if the individual is NON RESIDENT ALIEN as per US tax laws and on F1 student visa doing opt.
In second case Jurisdiction of Residence ... USA
TIN ... Fill Indian Passport Number with Issuing country as INDIA..
