Itr-1 physical form submission
I'm trying to submit my ITR-1 returns for FY 2015-16; since I could not efile for that period any more, trying to submit physical forms. Where should I submit those forms? Do I need to send it to CPC, Bangaluru? I live in Chennai, so Do I need to submit to IT Chennai office? Thanks for your help!...

Submit it to your assessing officer. you can find it by logging into income tax efiling website
For financial year 2015-16, i.e. AY 2016-17, you cannot file ITR u/s. 139(1) now......
But you can upload return or file online (ITR1) u/s. 139(4), upto 31st March, 2018.
