Is GMCS reqd to be completed b4 appearing 4 Campus placement

I've appeared for the CA Final exam in may and till date i've not done my GMCS course and i've got the seat in Sep batch. So will i be eligible to take part in Campus placement cell to organised by institute in Aug-Sep11
