Without Undermining Ajay Jain Sir, Hon'ble Girish Ahuja Sir is Correct. Sec 80C covers HUF, Individual, Spouse and Children. No where it is mentioned that Children should be Minor or Major. Further there is also no limit on the No. of Children.

Rent & MV will be taken for the period the house ready to use, means when house is fully completed, not for the whole year.
