As per Section 50(3) CGST Act , in both the condition its 24%
i mean
if i have claimed 10000 credit in in GSTR-3B
and only utilised 5000 in that particular month that was wrong.
so on which amount i have to pay the interest

i could not get you, ..... "you wrongly claimed 10000/- itc instead of 5000/- ...is it so.....
