To solve the OTP generation issue on the Income Tax portal, try filing during off-peak hours, clear your browser cache, or use Incognito Mode. If Aadhaar OTP continues to fail due to server load, bypass it by logging in or e-verifying via Net Banking or using a Bank Account EVC, which does not rely on the standard UIDAI SMS gateway.
